Hugo Nolasco, co-founder of Elite Human Performance, brings over 10 years of expertise in the health and fitness industry, specializing in sports-specific training for athletes and high-performance lifestyle coaching for executives. His approach is firmly grounded in evidence-based methodologies, with a focus on creating personalized programs that deliver real, measurable results. Known for his commitment to optimizing strength, endurance, and muscle growth, Hugo designs every program with precision, tailoring each session to his clients' unique needs and goals.Hugo’s vision for Elite Human Performance was inspired by his years in NYC’s luxury fitness environment, combined with a desire to foster a close-knit community where clients feel at home. His goal is to provide each client with an exceptional training experience—one that blends the sophistication of elite fitness with a genuine sense of connection. Beyond the gym, Hugo values family time with his wife, Meredith, and their young child, whose energy and curiosity motivate him to continually grow, both personally and professionally.

SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION

Your 1-hour Elite Consultation is designed to gather all the information needed to create your personalized game plan. It includes a Training and Nutrition Assessment, Inbody scan analysis, Movement Evaluation, and Plan Development. We’ll review your health, injury, or surgery history, as well as your current habits and concerns. Real metrics lead to real results, and what gets measured gets managed.


For the consultation, we suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, as we’ll be assessing your movement. If you've had a recent injury or surgery, bringing doctor’s notes will help us develop the best plan for you.


Training and Nutrition Assessment

We’ll review your current training habits and nutrition plan to understand your routine and identify areas for improvement. Helping us create a more personalized approach based on your unique needs.

Inbody Scan
Analysis

We’ll set clear milestones, search for top talent, and screen candidates based on your specific criteria, keeping the process on schedule.

Movement Evaluation

We use a detailed body composition scan to assess metrics like muscle mass, fat percentage, and hydration levels. This gives us a clear starting point to track your progress.

Plan Development

Based on all assessments, we’ll create a customized plan that fits your fitness goals, lifestyle, and any limitations.
