Your 1-hour Elite Consultation is designed to gather all the information needed to create your personalized game plan. It includes a Training and Nutrition Assessment, Inbody scan analysis, Movement Evaluation, and Plan Development. We’ll review your health, injury, or surgery history, as well as your current habits and concerns. Real metrics lead to real results, and what gets measured gets managed.
For the consultation, we suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, as we’ll be assessing your movement. If you've had a recent injury or surgery, bringing doctor’s notes will help us develop the best plan for you.
