What packages do you offer, and what do they include?

We offer personalized one-on-one personal training packages in 1, 6, 12, 24, 36, and 72-session options. Every package includes individualized programming, coaching, accountability, and ongoing support tailored to your goals.

How do I purchase a package, and are there any discounts for multiple sessions?

Packages can be purchased directly through our Elite app following your consultation. Larger package commitments reduce the cost per session.

What are your hours of operation for  personal training sessions?

Training sessions are available by appointment only. We offer sessions Monday through Sunday from early morning through late evening - subject to each coach's availability.

What should I bring for my session (e.g. towel, water bottle, footwear)?

Please bring comfortable workout clothing, athletic footwear, and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy for sessions?

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged for the session.

Are there age restrictions for participating?

We work with a wide range of clients, from youth athletes to older adults. Training is always individualized based on age, experience, and goals.

Do you offer nutrition or wellness consultations as part of your packages?

Yes. We provide nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle guidance as part of our coaching approach to help support long-term results.

Do you have locker rooms and bathrooms?

Yes. Lockers and bathrooms are available for client use. Please note: there are no showers at our facility.

Water & Towels

Filtered water and towels are available for all clients during their sessions.

Do you offer virtual sessions or online coaching?

Yes. We offer virtual coaching and customized programming options for clients who travel frequently or prefer remote support.

What is the session capacity?

All sessions are private one-on-one personal training to ensure the highest level of attention, coaching, and personalization.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking for clients.
