Elite Human Performance LLC provides in-person, one-on-one personal training, coaching, and related wellness services at our Durham, NC studio. The Site provides information about our services, allows prospective clients to request or schedule a complimentary consultation, and allows current clients to communicate with our team.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

4. SMS Terms of Service

This section governs your participation in the Elite Human Performance text messaging program ("SMS Program") and applies whenever you provide your mobile number to us, whether through the Site, over the phone, or in person at the studio.

Program description. The SMS Program is used to send appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation and scheduling follow-ups, account or session package updates, and occasional promotional offers, studio news, or referral incentives.

Opt-in. You opt in to the SMS Program by submitting your mobile number through a Site form, providing verbal consent during a phone call with our team, or providing your number during in-person intake at the studio. By opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Elite Human Performance at the number provided.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us and is not fixed. You may receive more messages around active scheduling periods and fewer during others.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Elite Human Performance is not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier.

Opt-out. You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the phone number or email listed below.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No shared consent. No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data or consent, will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Not a condition of purchase. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Elite Human Performance.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Personal training and coaching services involve physical activity that carries inherent risk. Elite Human Performance is not a medical provider, and nothing on the Site or provided by our coaches is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
